term 2 inquiry model

for inquiry this term we had to create a wearable art about a problem related to pollution and write a speech about it I was speaking.
This was my speech:

Name: Rubbish Bond

Did you know The EPA estimates that 75% of US waste is recyclable but they only recycle 30% of it. Plastic is a killer. A silent killer not knowing it's killed you till your dead. It’s sneaking its way into the ecosystem and guess what: We are part of the ecosystem.

Recycling? Recycling is a misunderstood term. Some people think of it as a term to throw anything in the recycling bin, that’s not what it means.

Do you know what to recycle? If so, I'm going you put you through a little test? Can you recycle the milk bottle lids? Trick question. Some you can and some you can’t, read the inside of the lid to know. If it has the number 1,2 and sometimes 3 and 5 in a triangle you can. Some people just don’t know what to recycle and throw away so our briefcase will show what is recyclable whilst our main body is made out of non-recyclable materials. Take the beer bottle lids that we’ve used as buttons for example, they cannot be recycled loose due to mechanical problems. BE WARNED! If we don't recycle properly this will affect your future, your children's future and their children's future.
